Account Termination and Data Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our platform, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at info@myrealtor.co.ke with the subject line “Account Termination Request”. In the email, please include the following information:

      • The email address associated with your account
      • A brief statement requesting the deletion of your account and data

2. Processing Your Request: Upon receiving your request, we will begin processing it. Please allow us 3 business days to complete the deletion process. During this period, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to the Services.
3. Confirmation: Once your account and data have been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
