Minimum Stay Policy:

·         Festive season (23/12/24 to 02/01/25): 5 nights minimum stay

Check-in/Check-out Policy:

·         Standard check-in time: 1300hrs

·         Standard check-out time: 1000hrs

·         Early arrival/late departure charges:

o    Early arrival (including breakfast, excluding room): KES 2,000 per adult / Child KES 1,000

o    Late departure (including AI facilities, excluding room): KES 3,500 per adult / Child KES 1,750

o    Late departure with AI facilities and room until 1800hrs: 75% of room rate, subject to availability

Cancellation Policy: Year-round (excluding festive period):

·         30 to 15 days before arrival: 10% charge

·         14 to 7 days: 50% charge

·         6 to 3 days: 75% charge

·         2 days or less/no-show: 100% charge

·         After stop sales issued: 100% charge

Festive Period (22 December to 2 January):

·         22 days: 10% charge

·         21 days or less/no-show: 100% charge
